"Property Sold! Success Stories!"

Testimonial:
"With Linda's Feng Shui assistance, I have been able to sell 2 homes in the Sebastopol area, in a rather quick period of time! Linda offered her expertise with cures using the traditional Feng Shui approach. I followed all her suggestions. Within a two week period on my first home, I received an offer, which I accepted. The escrow process was a dream...I had zero problems. On my second home, Linda offered recommendations...which were much more minimal than the first house because by this time I had begun studying Feng Shui myself. After following the suggested cures, we had an offer for full price within a 3 week period. Again, the escrow process was incredibly smooth with no problems and we closed on time. I highly recommend using Linda Ann's Feng Shui services when purchasing or selling a home because using these Feng Shui principles simply work!" ~ Kim Hollaway-Vinson

Selling your property using the expertise of a professionally trained Feng Shui Practitioner can provide you with a leading edge advantage in any housing market. A 99% success rate has fostered in me confidence to write about this topic and offer this valuable information to you. My goal in presenting this information is to increase awareness of how applying traditional "Feng Shui Cures" can make a decided difference in the timing and ease of your property sale.

When applying a "Feng Shui Cure" to sell a home property, the first step is to evaluate the qualities of the Five Elements... earth, metal, water, wood and fire. These elements physically and symbolically make up the influences of all physical environments. Adjusting the element of "moving water" is key in activating the energy that brings the ideal buyer. This important alignment also supports a smooth transaction from current owner to new owner. It is this writer's belief that one can greatly improve any pedestrian efforts by connecting these energy dots, improving a "feeling" of confidence in the successful outcome before it actualizes into manifestation. So, it is important to note from this perspective, sometimes adjusting the Five Elements of the seller often plays as significant a role, as does that of the physical property itself.

Feng Shui is a language of symbols. The literal translation of Feng Shui is "wind" and "water" ... and while "wind" is not considered one of the Five Elements ... it is the quality of "Chi" or "cosmic breath" that influences our physical well-being, our emotional health and the harmonious energies of any environment. The purpose of Feng Shui is to improve the aspects of life through balancing the flow of "Chi" also called "Ki." Each of the Five Elements possess influential qualities, such as color, shape and emotion. For example, the element of "wood" represents benevolence and steadfastness. "Fire" represents self recognition and decorum. "Earth" represents loyalty and sincerity. "Metal" represents the ability to speak out effectively and clearly express thought. "Water" is divided into two categories: "still water" which reflects our insights, intelligence and cognitive abilities and "moving water" is about our social and business activity as well as our personal drive and effectiveness. With this applied knowledge, one can diagnose, improve and enhance the qualities of any environment and any aspect of life.

When working with a client using the Five Element approach, specific information is gathered and correlated with the status of the property for sale. A site consultation provides a reading to established and evaluate the energy map. From a "Law of Attraction" perspective, the actual motion forward in all manifestation is orchestrated from "behind the scenes" so to speak, on the vibrational plane. When the physical energies and Broader Perspective align, manifestation occurs!

A 99% success rate in applying my skills is due to this one occasion to date. I was asked to Feng Shui assist in the sale of a gorgeous property in Ross, CA owned by a lovely couple who had lived there for many years. The consultation went well and they seemed eager at the time. Albeit they changed their minds and decided not to sell after all. I sensed their love and attachment to this home and all in all it was good that they got clear, they were not ready to let go of it. Typically, three to five months is the window within which most Feng Shui applied properties sell. This next "Sold Property! Success Story" is truly Chi raising.

A client in Petaluma contacted me about 8 months after placing his condo on the market. He was clear about his decision to sell but was now skeptical about the timely success of the sale. He wanted to purchase his dream home and the sale of the condo was a necessary factor to implement his plan. He received 2 offers that fell out of escrow prior to contacting me. White walls, lots of windows and metallic influences were dominant in this home. The condo was clean, light and spacious but felt edgy and lacked warmth. Windows symbolize the "Eyes of Chi." When there is an imbalance of reflective light from too much white and large window areas, that line up opposite each other, the "Chi" of the home moves too quickly and can amplify instability.

The Element of metal is represented by the color white, the mouth and all aspects of creative endeavor. While metal attracts water, (i.e. money), adjusting the other Five Element influences (specific to that property), helped to create a harmonious alignment of positive "Chi" within the physical space and within the thought patterns of the client and the forthcoming "success story" of that condo sale. The next day after our consultation I performed what is called a "chu-shr" cure, considered transcendental or mystical in nature. These kinds of "cures" are most effective when a Grand Master Practitioner, such as Professor Lin, (Lineage holder of the Feng Shui tradition I practice), directly transmits the information to his student.

I contacted my client to follow up with him and let him know that I had completed the final step in the home selling Cure. He had already begun implementing my recommendations as well. Within the following week he received a full offer. The highly qualified investors were so happy to find this location. They had the "where with all" to close escrow within a month. Now, purchasing his "dream home" was no longer a dream.
He got it!
