Physical manifestations occuring when my feeling experience allows me to rendezvous with you... when I'm feeling clear minded, not so emotional... when a feeling of relief washes over me like when I had to pee and jammed in the house and in the moment of relief you zoomed into my conciousness and told me "you are my Royal, Loyal LuLu!"

A couple of days later, standing in "Slice of Life" Cafe while I was waiting for my slice and salad to go, my attention was so pointedly directed to the brochure display on the table, near where I was standing that read: "Your Royalty, Loyalty Rewards Program." Yesterday, while driving, the license plate on the car ahead was "LTHRLUV" ... I read it first as "leather love" in my mind, then after a few moments it occured to me "let her love" and just in that moment a really cool old fashioned, beautifully restore truck driving toward me with a custom painted sign on the side that read "Messenger"... I knew that message was for me... I had been hurting, grieving... you are helping me, my precious beloved.

The Element of metal is represented by the color white, the mouth and all aspects of creative endeavor. WE ARE ENERGY BEINGS ... NOW IN PHYSICAL FORM ... then what?

Wrote the following to another friend a few days ago. This friend had recently experienced someone close, "passing on" ...

it's amazing to me, what I know and understand now, about the inevitable return, as compared to the vagueness and uncertainty, of what in past times, I felt, thought and believed about the "d" word ...

it's a given, it's part of the "wheel deal" called life. What I mean to say is life and life, not life and death, because this life and what comes after this physical life time IS more LIFE ... !

we are born and raised into a "mass-consciousness" that provokes fear and loss based thoughts and beliefs about physical death, it distorts our sense of continuity and influences our future focus as we feel and project thought about our own mortality and of those in our lives ...

so it is of enormous value to reclaim your TRUE "INNER" KNOWING ... sometimes it takes literally re-thinking what you have, by default, been thinking or avoid thinking about. By practicing life affirming thoughts, you shed the old, flawed, fear based, confusing ones that so limit the fullness of your now reality, to inwardly knowing and feeling secure and sovereign, in living your life here and now in fullness...

and so, here's what I wrote to another friend, some thoughts for you, friend, to ponder:

Hi ... am inspired to share with you, some things I have come to more fully understand and now practice in my life. It seems that when someone close to us makes their transition back into non physical, we often tend to look at life in deeper and more meaningful ways. These are some thoughts I just plain feel inspired to share. I hope they will uplift you!

when someone we have known and loved, in this lifetime, returns to the "FULLNESS" of that which we all come from, our relationship with that being continues on, it lives and is always available for us to "tune" into ... in a different way ... only because that once physical friend, be it your mate, mother, father, brother, sister, friend or beloved pet ... has transitioned to the non physical dimension of pure energy, what most refer to as heaven or the after-life ... is where we all, even now, (we return every night when we sleep), and it is where the "Seat of our Soul" so to speak, lives eternally in Divine union with that which we call God ... and now, like the relationship between the radio tower, the radio signal and the radio, the tower is broadcasting the signal ... and the radio tunes in and receives the signal ... we are all ... physically focused and non physically focused ... broadcasting and receiving signals through our vibrational offering ...

by remembering our good feeling associations, loving thoughts, good feeling memories and appreciation for our beloved who has returned to non physical, we broadcast our signal ... then, when we quiet our thoughts we can tune into their signal and receive them by allowing the projection of their thoughts ... they are vibrationally projecting thought to us ... and we can continue to have in "real time," our experience of one another ... through our INNER awareness/experience ... through developing our ability (not more than relaxing and allowing) to translate the vibrational content ... and now our physically departed loved one(s) ... who perceives and knows from their non physical perspective ... PURELY ... the BEST of who they BE and continue to become ... as they perceive you they know you to be the BEST of who you are, regardless of how you may be feeling about yourself in this now moment ... because from their non physical, DIVINE BEING perspective ... they love and adore you!

I believe in consciously summoning (asking for) and allowing (receiving) the inner strength giving benefits that one receives through relaxing and releasing thoughts ... simply by breathing and quieting the mind and relaxing for 10-15 minutes each day will bring you into a state of "allowing" well-being in ... then during other focused times ... affirm deliberately chosen thoughts ... we then consciously strengthen our core connection ... our conscious awareness and allowing of Divine Life Force ... because God, Christ Consciousness, Buddha Consciousness, Divine Source Energy ... FLOWS THROUGH US ... always ... and is ever more available ... here and now ... in this life time and beyond ... eternally and forever ... and the more we are understanding how we can consciously receive the more we thrive in our daily physical experience of well-being ... becoming more and more ... no matter where you may be right now ... find ways to promote feelings of relaxation ... let go ... and when you do ... more well being flows in

God, Source Creator, Jesus Christ, All That IS ... " whatever name (you choose) that feels best for you ... say: " ... DIVINE LIGHT guide my path, fill my present and now awareness from within me. Remind me and help me to more often be conscious of remembering who I truly AM ... as I do this I am knowing and understanding more about my Divine Nature and feeling more of my own goodness and inner confidence. I am more clear minded and I feel more self empowered ... I am now allowing more of my well-being into my life ... DIVINE LIFE FORCE flowing through me."

Say these and other life giving "self affirming thoughts" regularly and often ... make up your own ... start a well being affirmation journal in a small note pad you can carry with you easily ... add to it daily ... read it, review and ammend when inspired ...

remind yourself to remember ...

You are a DIVINE BEING having a human experience ... YOU ARE INFINITE ... YOU ARE LOVE ... & YOU ARE INFINITELY LOVED!
and this most of all is important ... remember to remind yourself of who you/YOU truly are ... here - now in this physical body ... you, as you now know yourself to be... here on planet EARTH ... in this physical lifetime experience ... you - are the physical extension of your non-physical DIVINE SELF ... always existing, non physically focused ... that's right ... now - always ... and from your INNER BEING'S NOW PERSPECTIVE ... and in your now awareness of who you/YOU truly are in this physical life experience ... here and now - you can live in the BEST of both worlds ... as a Blended Being ... consciously non-physical with physical ... blending Heaven on Earth ... living more fully in the present ... the way you intended before you birthed into this life time experience.

WOW .... this IS THE BIGGEST QUESTION EVER ...

and i must spill the beans ... right now ...

THE ANSWER IS EVER BIGGER ...

YES YES YES .... an infinite google times YES in fact i - you - me - we are doing it all of the time, that is attracting, adding to, aligning with ... becoming like ... becoming ... unto thine own self ... right now ... right now ... right ... how can this be so?

do i even believe this? ... do i want to believe this? ... well ... when things go my way it's eeeeasy 'n fact i like the idea that i am the creator of my own reality ... but when things are not going smoothly ... well ... then it's a lot easier to look at who, what, when, where and why and then assign all kinds of reasons things are the way they are ...

... aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh ... but whether i or you want to believe it or not ... it is true ... truly!

well then ... how is this all happening? ... now, i mean really ... how does this work 'cause if i'm doing it all to myself then i want to "know" ... absolutely, i really want to get this right OK? ... once and for all!

... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh ... this is the part where "WE" come in and say ... and "WE" really really like this part ... (says "YOUR INNER BEING" to you) and (says "MY INNER BEING" to me)...

and "WE" do mean "WE" ... because "WE" are eternally woven and you can not ever separate yourself from that which you truly are ... a DIVINE BEING... who happens to be living a human lifetime experience, right now

and "WE" say, it is in your "knowing" ... a moment by moment noticing ... a paying attention to awareness ... a sensing of mood(s), tuning into feeling(s), deciding to choose thought(s), hearing the internal dialog(s), deciding if you like the direction of those internal conversations ... and yes, "the direction" of spoken thoughts ... statements and declarations and conversations with others ...

the direction? ... whoa, what do you mean ... "the direction" ... well, you and me, we are "the directors," directing our own internal thoughts, thinking about them and in observating and reflecting on them ... and "WE" mean this ... more often, the internal thoughts and conversational talk is mostly about whatever is being observed, in current reality manifestational experiences ...

and there is this tendency to include things from the past and what that does is activate "feeling responses" from memories of those past experiences, which adds yet another element, or ingredient into, let's call it, "the soup of my life" right now ...

all well and good, because the "Universal Kitchen of All Possible Ingredients" says we get to choose from the vastly vast array of ingredients and stir it up any way we like ... and all we need to do is to taste the soup regularly to tell if we like the flavors ...

now, our soup base or primary soup ingredients are these: PURE DIVINE SOURCE ENERGY, INNER BEING, CORE SELF, expressing in this NOW human physical form reality, brilliant, genius, creator/thinker ... me and you

and from SOURCE, INNER BEING perspective, projecting here and now, on this leading platform of eternal creation that we call physical life experience ... that's right ... me ... you ... everyone of us... even all the beasts and bugs and plants and trees down to the smallest of the small ... in the air, on land or in the seas ...

all, each one right down to the individual cells in our individual bodies is expressing individual preferences ... and all are being individually answered ...

and now the only thing that bridges the distance ... between what is ... with what is now being requested in the destination of physically realizing it ... is the matching of vibrational frequencies.

in order to receive what GOD SOURCE ENERGY IS consistently and always lovingly giving ... is individual vibational ability to align with SOURCE.

it is because of the manifestations of our individual lives and by the influences of the relationships we have with one another and others lives and experiences and things ... that we each have individually identified our preferences and this is going on all of the time ...

because we have this "Infinite Kitchen of All Possible Ingredients," sometimes we don't notice that we are not deciding for ourselves, and it may be that we don't know that we have a choice because something big has gotten our attention and this is influencing us into believing differently ...

when we are influenced by outside things and others, ultimately we can't help but notice when someone/something is different from what we now prefer to be living ... and in the amount of attention we give to those differences or contrasting things ... "WE" say, this is what tends to cause static in your ability to create alignment with what you prefer ...

conscious creative ability comes in the choosing, deciding and in the continuous refining of decisions, which requires focus ...

the best decisions always begin something like "i am going to find my way in this, even if i'm not clear right this moment of what it is i need to know or do ... but even more importantly i am going to pay attention to how i feel when i think about this person or that situation or something about myself i'm going to slow down and ask myself "what is it that i prefer ... "

and if i need to ... i'll soothe my thoughts first ...i'll take some time and just breathe and relax, and drink some water, look at something pleasing, listen to something that pleases me, take a walk and then think about what i prefer ... i'm going to relax a little bit more ... i'm going to dream a little bit more ... i'm going to speak more about what i prefer and i'm going to find things in my life i appreciate and feel good about ... more and more and more in my most powerful now!"

PS ... "now" and only right now, is where all individual creating is happening ... and individual creation ONLY happens on an individual basis. No other can create for you ... or me, ... individually ... only can we ... and do ... and from our INNER BEING's perspective that's why we come into physical life ... the new babies still knowing ... fresh from non physical ... SOURCE GOD ALL THAT IS

us now remembering ... we can be ... and do ... creating through our GOOD FEELING or less than ... emotion powered thoughts ... OUR INNER BEING ... now becoming, as we here physically, are constantly becoming ... expanding

OUR INNER BEING IS ALWAYS THE BEST VERSION of what we ... "physical extensions"
are now determing through multi-sensory responses to our lives ... by our preferences ... even when we are focusing "negatively" better said, "not wanted" to what we would prefer to be feeling & living ... INNER BEING only focuses on what is vibrationally in supreme alignment with ABSOLUTE WELL BEING ... and that is our legacy ... our birthright ... we can allow our full connection or we can pinch it off in varying degrees and it is ALL relative ... thinking ... feeling ... focusing ... expressing

Build a "thought energy" bridge to get to where you want to be ...

Greetings fellow traveler,

I decided today to begin building my "thought energy" bridge ... thinking about where I am standing right now ... then gently dancing on the petals of my own new thoughts, projecting into the perception of my future ... where I want be ... am becoming ... feeling it ... imagining it ... believing it ... credendo vides! ...when one believes one sees!

I live with a rich imagination ... and a powerful desire to understand how best to direct the energy resources of my thoughts and emotions. I'm an uplifter by nature, a solution oriented, caring being with a powerful desire to be an uplifter by teaching what I've come to know and understand ... Universal Laws that once understood and applied, can give ... anyone ... their own sense of true self ... a freedom that is sovereign from WITHIN ... where it can only really BE and make a REAL difference.

NEW YEAR 2008! ... the BEST YEAR to date!!! ... POTENTially ... a time ... in our INDIVIDUAL and COLLECTIVE now ... to RENEW OUR FOCUS ... and LIVE THE EXPERIENCES OF OUR PRECIOUS DREAMS ... FULFILLING and EXPANDING!!!

HERE IT IS ... a year to evolve OUR POTENT-ial ... DREAMING, I-MAGINING (I managing) ... into reality experiences ... by feeling the nuances and picturing, writing, speaking MORE of the DETAILS of want we to be living ...
